Venceu9 Terms and Conditions – Full Platform Rules

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below:

• "venceu9" or "Platform": the website, mobile app, and all services offered at venceu9.best.
• "User" or "You": any individual aged 18 or older who creates an account and uses venceu9's services.
• "Account": the individual profile created by the User upon registration, linked to a unique CPF.
• "Real Balance": funds deposited by the User from their own resources, available for betting and withdrawal at any time.
• "Bonus Balance": amounts credited through venceu9 promotions, subject to wagering requirements (rollover) before they can be withdrawn.
• "Rollover": the number of times the bonus amount must be wagered with real balance before the bonus converts into withdrawable funds.
• "Odd": the multiplier that determines the potential return on a winning bet.
• "Event": any match, fight, competition, or game available for betting on the platform.
• "Pix": instant payment system regulated by the Banco Central do Brasil, available 24/7.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer): mandatory identity verification process required for withdrawals on the platform.

To create and maintain an account on venceu9, the User must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age or older. venceu9 is strictly prohibited for minors. The platform reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any time and to immediately close any account identified as belonging to a minor.
• Be an individual residing in Brazil with a valid CPF issued by the Receita Federal.
• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at registration, including full name, date of birth, CPF, address, and contact details.
• Not be subject to any active self-exclusion measure on any betting platform.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into contracts, in accordance with the Brazilian Civil Code (Lei nº 10.406/2002).

Each User may hold one active account only at venceu9. Duplicate accounts will be closed and balances may be frozen pending an internal investigation. If you accidentally created a second account, contact support immediately at suporte@venceu9.best.

Venceu9 applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process in accordance with the guidelines of the Banco Central do Brasil and anti-money laundering legislation (Law No. 9.613/1998 and subsequent amendments).

Verification is required before your first withdrawal and may be requested at any time by the security team. To complete KYC, the User must submit the following through the account dashboard:

• Valid government-issued photo ID (RG, CNH, or passport) — front and back;
• Selfie holding the document next to your face;
• Proof of address issued within the last 90 days (utility bill, internet bill, or bank statement).

Document review takes up to 2 business days. During this period, bets may be placed as normal, but withdrawals are suspended until approval. venceu9 reserves the right to request additional documentation as needed.

The Pix key registered for withdrawals must be linked to the account holder's CPF. Withdrawals to third parties are not permitted under any circumstances.

The User is fully responsible for all activity carried out using their login credentials. venceu9 strongly recommends:

• Use a strong password (minimum 8 characters, combining uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols);
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) in the account security settings;
• Never share your login or password with anyone;
• Access the platform only from personal devices and secure networks.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact support immediately. venceu9 is not liable for losses resulting from the intentional sharing of login credentials.

Account access is personal and non-transferable. Assigning, selling, or transferring an account to a third party is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate closure.

Venceu9 accepts deposits exclusively through payment methods available on the platform, all Brazil-based and operating in BRL (R$):

• Pix: minimum deposit of R$ 20.00. Confirmation in under 10 seconds, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays. No fee charged by venceu9.
• Boleto bancário: minimum deposit of R$ 30.00. Processing takes 1 to 2 business days. Payment can be made at any bank correspondent, lottery outlet, or via internet banking.
• Credit or debit card: minimum deposit of R$ 30.00. Visa and Mastercard accepted. Approval within 2 to 10 minutes.
• PicPay: minimum deposit of R$ 20.00. Confirmed within 1 minute.
• Mercado Pago: minimum deposit of R$ 20.00. Confirmed within 1 minute.
• TED Bank Transfer: minimum deposit of R$ 50.00. Available on business days from 6 AM to 5 PM. Accepted via Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, and other financial institutions.

Venceu9 does not accept third-party deposits. The name on the payment method must match the CPF used at registration. Deposits identified as coming from a third party will be returned and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

Deposits made by credit card may be subject to fees charged by the card issuer — these fees are not set by venceu9 and are outside our control.

The only withdrawal method available at venceu9 is Pix. This ensures the User receives their winnings quickly, securely, and without intermediaries, with the balance credited directly to the bank account linked to the registered Pix key.

Processing times by VIP level:

• Bronze: up to 30 minutes;
• Silver: up to 20 minutes;
• Gold: up to 10 minutes;
• Diamond: up to 5 minutes;
• Elite: less than 2 minutes.

Minimum withdrawal amount: R$ 50.00. Daily maximum limits vary by VIP level — from R$ 5,000.00 (Bronze) to no defined limit (Elite). Withdrawals requested on weekends and holidays follow the same timeframe, as Pix operates 24/7.

The first withdrawal requires completion of the KYC (identity verification) process. Withdrawals using bonus balance are subject to the specific conditions of each promotion. venceu9 reserves the right to request additional documentation for withdrawals above R$ 10,000.00.

Withdrawals can be cancelled while their status is "Pending". Withdrawals with a status of "Processing" or "Completed" cannot be reversed.

Venceu9 offers pre-game and live Sports Betting across more than 15 sports, including football (Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, Champions League), MMA and UFC, volleyball, basketball (NBB), tennis, e-sports, Formula 1, and boxing, among others.

General betting rules:

• A confirmed bet is final and cannot be changed or cancelled by the User after submission.
• The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the ones used to calculate the payout, regardless of any subsequent changes.
• The minimum bet amount is R$ 5.00 per ticket. The maximum amount per market is set by venceu9 and may vary depending on the event and the User's profile.
• If an event is cancelled before it starts, all bets are refunded as real balance to the account.
• For live bets, venceu9 may temporarily suspend markets during critical moments in a match (goals, knockdowns, stoppages). Bets confirmed before the suspension remain valid.
• Results are based on the score at the end of regular time, unless otherwise stated in the specific market. Extra time and penalty shootouts are only counted when the market explicitly specifies so.

Parlay bets (multiples): the combined odds are the product of the individual selected odds. If any selection in a parlay is voided (event cancelled, W.O.), the parlay remains valid with the remaining selections, excluding the voided selection's odds.

Venceu9 reserves the right to limit bets from Users identified as exploiting odds errors (arbitrage). Bets placed on clearly incorrect odds due to a technical error will be voided and the stake returned to the User.

Venceu9 offers a selection of online casino games — including slots, Live Casino with real dealers, and Crash Games — provided by suppliers certified by independent testing laboratories (eCOGRA, GLI, BMM). All games use an audited Random Number Generator (RNG), ensuring that results are completely unpredictable and cannot be influenced.

Specific rules:

• Each game has its own rules, RTP (return to player), and betting limits, displayed within the game or on its info page.
• Technical issues during a game session (internet disconnection, server failure) are logged automatically. The outcome of rounds already in progress is preserved and the balance adjusted correctly upon reconnection.
• If a server-side technical failure prevents a round from completing, the bet is returned to the User's balance.
• Crash games like Aviator, JetX, and Spaceman are multiplier-based — the User decides when to cash out before the crash. Each round's outcome is determined by a certified algorithm with a publicly verifiable seed.

Venceu9 does not guarantee profit on any casino game. The nature of these games means the house holds a statistical edge (house edge) over the long run. Casino bets should be placed for entertainment purposes, within a pre-defined budget.

Venceu9 offers a welcome bonus, weekly cashback, seasonal promotions, and other special offers. Each bonus has its own specific conditions, communicated at the time of the offer. The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated:

• All bonuses are credited as bonus balance, separate from your real balance. Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — it must meet the rollover requirement specified in the offer.
• The standard rollover is 30x the bonus amount wagered with real balance (bets placed with bonus balance do not count toward the rollover). Each game type contributes differently: Sports Betting generally contributes 100%; slots contribute 100%; Crash Games contribute between 50% and 100%; Live Casino games may have a reduced contribution.
• Bonuses have an expiration date. If the rollover is not completed within the allotted time, the remaining bonus balance is cancelled with no refund.
• Only one bonus can be active at a time. Accepting a new bonus before completing the rollover on a previous one will cancel that previous bonus.
• Real balance can be withdrawn at any time, regardless of any active bonus. Withdrawing real balance while a bonus is active will cancel the bonus balance and any pending rollover.
• Venceu9 reserves the right to cancel bonuses and withhold winnings resulting from abusive or fraudulent use of promotions.

The venceu9 VIP Program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Diamond, and Elite. Progression is based on VIP points accumulated through bets placed with real balance. Bets made with bonus balance do not generate VIP points.

• Sports Betting: 10 VIP points for every R$ 10.00 wagered;
• Bets on major international competitions: 15 VIP points per R$ 10.00;
• Casino games and Crash Games: as specified in each game.

Benefits include progressive weekly cashback, higher withdrawal limits, faster withdrawal processing, and — for Elite members — a dedicated 24/7 account manager. venceu9 reserves the right to adjust the VIP Program structure with 15 days' prior notice to affected Users. VIP points may be reset after more than 90 days of inactivity, as specified in the program rules.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on venceu9 and subject to immediate account closure, withdrawal blocking, and reporting to the relevant authorities:

• Creating multiple accounts to exploit bonuses (multi-accounting);
• Use of automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform;
• Match-fixing, collusion with other Users, or coordinated betting to exploit odds anomalies;
• Money laundering or using the platform to move funds of illicit origin;
• Breach of security systems, unauthorized access attempts, or any form of attack on the venceu9 infrastructure;
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC process;
• Account use by anyone under 18, even with a legal guardian's consent;
• Fraudulent chargebacks on credit card deposits after the balance has been used.

Venceu9 runs real-time fraud detection systems. Accounts flagged for suspicious activity may have withdrawals temporarily suspended while an investigation is conducted, with no impact on innocent Users.

By the User: you may request account closure at any time through the settings panel or by contacting support (suporte@venceu9.best). Any available real balance will be returned via Pix after KYC completion and confirmation that no bets are pending. Unconverted bonus balance is non-refundable.

By venceu9: the platform may close or suspend an account without prior notice in the following cases:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms and Conditions;
• Fraud detection, manipulation, and prohibited conduct;
• Providing false information during registration;
• Order issued by a competent judicial or regulatory authority.

In cases of closure due to prohibited conduct, balances arising from the violation may be permanently blocked. venceu9 will inform the User of the reasons for closure, except where disclosure could compromise an ongoing investigation.

Venceu9 processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Law (Lei nº 13.709/2018 — LGPD). The data collected is used exclusively for:

• Account operations (registration, identity verification, payment processing);
• Compliance with legal and regulatory obligations;
• Fraud prevention and platform security;
• Communications about services, promotions, and updates (with the option to unsubscribe).

Your data is never sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes without your explicit consent. Under the LGPD, the User has the following guaranteed rights:

• Access to your stored personal data;
• Correction of incomplete or outdated data;
• Deletion of personal data (subject to legally required record retention);
• Data portability to another platform;
• Withdrawal of consent for non-essential data processing.

Venceu9 is committed to responsible gambling and offers the following tools, available in the account dashboard:

• Deposit limit: set daily, weekly, or monthly limits. Reductions take effect immediately; increases take 24 hours to apply.
• Temporary self-exclusion: suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or up to 6 months. During this period, deposits and bets are blocked.
• Permanent self-exclusion: permanent account closure with a block on new registrations. Request this through support.
• Betting and spending history: access the full statement by period to monitor your transactions.
• Real-time: configurable alerts notify you of your session time on the platform.

Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes automatic acceptance of the updated terms. If you disagree with the changes, you may close your account as described in Section 12, at no cost.

The current version of these Terms and Conditions is indicated at the top of this page with the date of last update. Previous versions are kept on file and may be requested through support.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, including but not limited to:

• Brazilian Civil Code (Law No. 10.406/2002);
• Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8.078/1990);
• General Data Protection Law (Lei nº 13.709/2018);
• Anti-money laundering law (Lei nº 9.613/1998);
• Sports betting regulatory framework (Law No. 13,756/2018 and regulations issued by the Ministry of Finance).

Disputes arising from these Terms should first be submitted for mediation through venceu9's support channel (suporte@venceu9.best). If no amicable resolution is reached, the jurisdiction of the User's place of domicile shall apply, as guaranteed by the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code.

Users have the right to file complaints with their state's Procon or at consumidor.gov.br if they believe their consumer rights have not been respected by venceu9.
